Introduction to L. Luthier guitar


Concerning about the market awareness of L. Luthier as a guitar brand, we decided to post more information about L. Luthier here.

Well, L. Luthier is not as famous as Yamaha, Fender, Taylor or Gibson guitars. It is however a rapid growing brand that has gained much momentum during the recent years. It is listed as the main rival by Yamaha anyway; considering their product quality and more importantly, their guitars are much modestly priced!

For instance, Yamaha F310, which is a popular entry level guitar costs around RM400. L. Luthier offers product of comparable quality at RM330-RM350. (GA20B, GA20W & GA20N) To support with this argument, here we show you some feedbacks we've got from L. Luthier customers:

    I can testify that L Luthier which recently opened their very own store in SS2 carries some very good guitars with quality tonewoods. And also some good sounding ukuleles.

    Unfortunately, most dealers do not carry the higher end L Luthier guitars - steel strings and nylon. Maybe they are afraid they might not be able to sell them, so they only take the cheaper models because they think the Malaysian market is not yet ready to buy higher quality guitars which they have to pay more for them. The truth is there are discerning guitar buyers in Malaysia and they avoid most of the music shops because they know the shops only carry cheapos.

    I have learnt from L Luthier that they will accept customized order for a top-end guitar with your own choice of tonewoods and other personal features that you would like to incorporate in the guitar.
